Dear congregation,
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to upend any plans of meeting face-to-face like we used to. Our children enjoyed their time at the steps with Pastor Nicki and the comfort of sharing God’s word with the entire congregation. We remain fervent in the promise and hope embedded in the gospel of Christ, inspiring us to rejigger our efforts. Though our kids may not be able to congregate and fellowship with their peers in Sunday School, we want to bring Sunday School to them. During this Spring season, we want our kids to develop a novel and charismatic outlook of discipleship, love, and servitude by Growing in Grace and Gratitude.
While at home, our kids can utilize the tools in the Presbyterian curriculum – Growing in Grace and Gratitude. This Sunday School curriculum is designed to serve and educate our kids with age-appropriate activities, audio recordings, and illustrations to keep them engaged as they are imparted with grace. You can find links to each Sunday series and material here. These links will include weekly Sunday readings that are paired with audio recordings of biblical passages and a page for coloring.
Each family will receive a kit with an instructional guide and materials for weekly hands-on tasks. Therein you will find pages for coloring biblical events/scenes and materials for your craft exercises. It is our primary aim to ensure our kids grow in grace and gratitude, especially during this season.
Together we walk in faith and hope that our children will enjoy and live a Triple G life to the glory of God.
Yours in Christ,
ESPC Christian Ed.
